For 35 years Ron has served as pastor, church planter, and Team Leader for prayer and evangelism on the Colorado Baptist Convention state staff. They met in high school youth group at church and eventually married in 1978. They have a daughter and son-in-law in Colorado Springs, CO, and a daughter and son-in-law and grandson in Vale, NC. They have a strong desire for God to do something extraordinary so that Utah will see the wonder, might, and uniqueness of the only True God and His Son, Jesus. They are thankful to be a part of His work at Lifestone and serve as part of the First Impressions Team. They enjoy the safe place that LifeGroups offer in exploring God's word, sharing one another's burdens through prayer, and fellowshipping together.

Denise and Kelly are both from the Salt Lake City area. They met through a mutual friend while serving with the worship band at their former church. Their son Jeremiah was born in August 2013, and his friendly nature and smiling face brings so much joy to everyone he meets. Kelly works as a forklift driver at Costco, and Denise is a credit analyst for a group of credit unions. Kelly and Denise began attending Lifestone Church in summer 2015, and fell in love with the church’s sense of family, kids programs, and people. Kelly now serves at Lifestone as a guitarist in the worship band and as a youth small group leader/youth music coordinator. Denise serves as a pianist in the worship band, in 1st Impressions, and on the administration team. For fun, Kelly enjoys cycling and hiking, and Denise enjoys cycling and knitting. The couple’s favorite thing about LifeGroups is giving people who are new to the Bible a safe place to explore and ask questions, and they hope that you, too, find a safe, loving group in which to explore the Bible and Jesus’ AWESOME love!
Kish is from Denton, Texas (outside of Dallas). She moved to SLC a year and a half ago to get involved with what the Lord is doing in the Salt Lake Valley. She went to Texas A&M University, and she currently works at Huntsman Cancer Institute as an exercise physiologist-think medical personal training. Kish has been at Lifestone since June of 2018 and is loving it. She serves in kids, youth, and with the young adults. For fun, Kish enjoys anything active--hiking, camping, sports, etc.--as well as reading and crocheting. Her favorite thing about Life Groups is building relationships with people and really being involved with the discipleship process of introducing people to Jesus and helping them grow in their relationship with Him.
Camden came to Salt Lake City via New Mexico a little over a year ago, and is currently studying music at Salt Lake Community College. He discovered Lifestone with his family in January 2018, and was quickly drawn in by a genuine community of believers rooted in the Word and swimming in God’s love. Soon thereafter he was roped into playing for the worship team, where he currently serves. In his spare time, you can find Camden hiking, reading, or banging his head on a piano. New to the concept of Lifegroups when he first joined, Camden has come to appreciate their unique ability to foster meaningful relationships between believers. Church is where we worship, but Lifegroups are where we see God’s love fully realized.
Shane and Dixie Wise were both born and raised in South East Idaho. They have lived in Riverton, Utah now for 6 years and love so much about the Salt Lake Valley. The best thing about the move to Utah was finding the true path to salvation through Jesus Christ alone. After accepting Christ 4 years ago, they are committed to fellowshipping with others and sharing their story and life with fellow believers and those seeking a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
Chris and Amiee have been married for 20 years and have two wonderful children, Kylee (18) and Cree (1)3. Amiee is from Utah and has been a nail technician for 17 years. She enjoys having a career where she can work from her home salon, as it helps with taking care of their daughter’s specific needs. She also enjoys the close relationships she has formed over the years with her many clients, which has given her the opportunity to share the love of Christ. Amiee enjoys gardening, baking and cooking, spending time with family, and diving into God’s Word. Chris is originally from Florida, but moved out to Utah at a young age. Growing up, he spent time in both states. He has worked in pediatrics at the University of Utah for the past 9 years. Prior to this, he worked in law enforcement for 11 years. He is also currently enrolled at Utah Valley University as a full time student, studying Emergency Management. The Connell family loves animals, getting together with friends, and serving at Lifestone. They started attending Lifestone in 2016 after being invited by some close friends. They recognized right away the closeness they felt among the church family at Lifestone. Shortly after they started attending, they gave their lives to Christ. They have been witness to the way Jesus has changed their family from the inside out, and it’s a special joy for them to witness it occur within their children. They joined a LifeGroup soon after they started attending Lifestone. They have really enjoyed being part of a LifeGroup family and being able to open up and learn in a safe environment. They feel it's a comfortable setting to be able to ask the sometimes difficult questions and encourage others, and helps in discovering the way God’s word works within our daily lives. They look forward to sharing the light of Christ with others as LifeGroup leaders.

After serving in churches as a Pastor to Students for 12 years, Ben was asked to start a new church in Weatherford, Texas in 2009. After much prayer and research, the Helton's felt called to start a church in Herriman, Utah, where no Bible-based church had been started before.
