Ladies Group Leaders

Cortney Denison

Cortney was born in the small town of Price, UT. She began attending Lifestone in December of 2015 right after her son was born. She was looking for a church family that she could be a part of and that showed God's love to her child like she had grown up with. She has a loving husband and 2 beautiful children name Riddik and Ember. She likes to play softball, bowl, and be around others. She is currently a part of the Welcome Team. Her favorite thing about LifeGroups is that we are able to come together, love each other, and be able to grow together. We are able learn about our Savior and encourage each other to put Him first. She is excited for this new adventure on bringing the women that may be attending Lifestone alone to be able to connect and encourage each other through life.

Gardner Group Leaders

Andrew and Ali Gardner

Andrew and Ali both grew up in Simi Valley, California. The couple attended the same high school, but didn’t actually meet each other until quite a few years after graduating. They married in 2014 and moved to Utah in August of 2017. They have two beautiful children, Cyrus age 4 and Haven age 2. Andrew works as a Pipefitter/Welder for KK Mechanical and Ali directs Lifestone Kids as well as Lifestone Little Learners. Andrew and Ali started attending Lifestone in October 2017 and were drawn to the fact that Pastor Ben taught truth straight from the Bible. They were also really impressed with how welcoming the church family was and the quality of the kids ministry. Andrew currently serves in the worship band playing guitar and you can find Ali checking kiddos into Lifestone Kids on Sunday mornings. The Gardners enjoy spending time together as a family exploring various aquariums, museums and zoos. They also like to have friends over to hang out and barbeque! The couple’s favorite thing about LifeGroups is having a solid group of people to do LIFE with, as well as challenging each other to grow spiritually. Their hope is to have a group that is a safe space for people to ask tough questions, experience truth, and create lifelong friendships!

Helton Group Leaders

Ben & Kristen Helton

Ben and Kristen Helton met in college in the panhandle of Texas. After graduating they got married and moved to the Dallas area where Ben attended seminary while Kristen taught elementary music. After serving in churches as a Pastor to Students for 12 years, Ben was asked to start a new church in Weatherford, Texas in 2009. After much prayer and research, the Helton's felt called to start a church in Herriman, Utah, where no Bible-based church had been started before. Ben, Kristen, children Rachel (14), Karis (12), and Jaxson (9), and a team of 3 additional families moved from the Fort Worth area to Herriman in August of 2013 start Lifestone Church. Growing this new church and connecting with new neighbors and friends here in Utah has been an exciting adventure the family has absolutely enjoyed. One of the Heltons' favorite things about Lifestone Church has been the opportunity to closely connect with others and grow spiritually through LifeGroups. It is their desire that you, too, get connected in a LifeGroup this season and experience spiritual growth while forging life-long friendships!
